Persistent Pain, Problems or Patterns?

What’s Your Story? Your habitual self-talk about your persistent pain or problems?

  • History of your diagnosis?
  • Origin of your problem?
  • Rationale behind your preferences?
  • Common-sense reason why your situation cannot improve?
  • Mental loops on questions like “Why is this happening?”

But… analyzing the problem, looking for the root cause, rationalizing the reason, pinpointing the onset, listing who’s to blame, thinking about the logic, or the symbolism, or the karma...

What does all that analysis, focus and repetition get you? A story. That story might be smart, well-constructed, highly reasonable, undeniable.

But the story does not heal.

In fact, every time you tell the story of a problem – even in half-conscious mental loops, or knee-jerk habits, you re-inforce the morphic field of the problem.

He who holds onto history is doomed to repeat it. I’m not saying to forget it, or stuff it, or suppress it. I’m saying… Disentangle from it! After you’ve processed the past, after you’ve learned from it… let it go. ASAP. If you allow it to hang out in your body or your energy field, it becomes toxic.

Pivot away from your Pain, Problems and Patterns. If you find yourself perousing the same old patterns, thinking the same old thoughts, spouting the same old story… stop. Turn away, and observe something different.
